What is a Sanitizer

Sanitizers only reduce bacteria levels (Sanitize RTU)

A sanitizer reduces bacteria on a hard surface to a level that is considered safe by public health organizations. A food contact surface sanitizer reduces bacterial contamination by 99.999% (log five reduction in one minute).

Gram-positive bacteria would be Bacillus, Listeria, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, and Clostridium, etc.

Gram-negative bacteria would be Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and other Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas, Moraxella, Helicobacter, Stenotrophomonas, Bdellovibrio, acetic acid bacteria and Legionella, etc.
